Edgewell Personal Care is a consumer goods company operating globally in the broad category of personal care products. We are looking to hire an Electrician to work on the afternoon shift at our Hanover, ON facility. The primary responsibilities of the role includes performing electrical maintenance and installation of building and production systems and equipment; planning and creating material lists for equipment installations; supporting the sourcing and ordering of equipment replacement parts; assisting with replenishment of shop and electrical supplies; overseeing all sub- contractors; building/designing carts, jigs, tooling to improve production and safety; troubleshoot problems related to equipment and building systems; and aid in packaging trials. Candidates have Grade 12 or equivalent experience with at least 2 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. An electrician license is required. Candidates must have a solid understanding of all health and safety regulations relevant to the role and business, and understanding of operational procedures, line equipment and production capabilities. Also required is proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and training in First Aid.
