We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/FG Planner to work at our Hanover, ON facility. This incumbent is responsible for administrative support and reporting for the Hanover location as well as for managing the inventory of finished goods to ensure manufacturing and business commitments are achieved, and for maintaining SAP and planning related systems as they apply to logistics issues. Other responsibilities include maintain attendance; prepare and issue biweekly payroll reports; prepare and issue daily and weekly attendance reports for temporary colleagues; coordinate lunches and special events as required as well as organize and plan for meetings as needed; general administrative - presentations, special projects, photocopying, filing as needed. Candidates have a College business degree with 3-5 years of experience in planning & administration in a manufacturing environment. Also required is strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel), SAP, Manugistics, and other related software and knowledge of ISO quality systems requirements.
