At Huron Bay Co-operative Inc., success stems from our ability to provide the highest quality of petroleum and propane products and services to a diverse group of customers. To assist with our continued success, we require a highly energetic, operationally sound and motivated Energy Manager to manage various branches covering Huron, Bruce and Grey Counties.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure that legislative compliance, profitability and customer service standards of the business are met.
Your proven track record includes demonstrated leadership abilities with five (5) or more years of management experience, preferably in the petroleum, propane and/or agricultural industry. You have superb strategic planning abilities with a focus on business development and cost containment. You possess excellent organizational and communication skills together with a focus on customer service. Post-secondary education in business is preferred.
