
Registered Kinesiologist Full-time Contract position, for a period of up to one-year The Brockton and Area Family Health Team is currently recruiting for an energetic, organized and experienced Kinesiologist to work collaboratively with our team of physicians and interdisciplinary health care providers at our five sites. This is a full-time contract position, for a period of up to one-year. Position Summary: •Provide clinical assessment and treatment to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. •Develop and deliver group and individual physical activity based programs. •Provide patient education on the role of physical activity in the prevention and management of chronic health conditions. •Collaborate with other FHT providers and community partners to provide health education programs and services. •Provide community education. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: •Degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics from an accredited university. •Membership in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. •Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team. •Excellent time management and organizational skills. •Proficiency in the use of computers and information technology. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
