The Brockton and Area Family Health Team (BAFHT) Is inviting applications for a Team Support – Summer Student $12.00/hour, 37.5 hours per week The Brockton and Area FHT is currently recruiting a highly motivated student to assist with Clerical Support for a period of 12 weeks. Students currently enrolled in a Health Sciences program would find this position of interest. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of interdisciplinary health care providers at our various sites. Key Responsibilities Include: •Reception coverage, including answering telephone, scheduling patients, checking-in patients, tracking referrals and appointment reminder calls. •EMR data entry and cleanup •General office duties •Program support This position involves a high degree of personal contact with BAFHT staff and patients and therefore a positive attitude and pleasant manner is required. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential, and the successful candidate must be capable of dealing with sensitive and confidential information. To be eligible for this position, candidates must be registered as a full-time student in the current academic year, and intend to return to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year. Because this position is based out of several BAFHT sites, the successful candidate must have a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
